Lancashire University Estates team is seeking a hands-on Waste Management Operative to help keep the campus clean, safe and inviting. You will collect litter, empty bins, and support winter maintenance while ensuring external areas look to a high standard.
The role requires physical work and the willingness to learn to operate equipment such as pallet trucks and power washers. GCSEs including English and Maths are preferred; teamwork and the ability to work on your own initiative are essential.
