, You will work closely with the Service Support Managers (SSMs) and site teams, providing cover during annual leave, sickness absence, vacancies, and periods of increased operational demand. The role will involve supporting daily cleaning operations, carrying out deep cleans, responding to client requests, and helping maintain high standards across a diverse portfolio of sites., Provide operational cleaning support across multiple Network Rail sites.
- Cover cleaning team absences including annual leave, sickness, and vacancies.
- Deliver and support routine, periodic, and specialist deep cleaning activities.
- Respond to client requests and service requirements in a professional and timely manner.
- Work alongside site teams to ensure cleaning specifications and quality standards are achieved.
- Assist with staff training, inductions,
- Ensure Health & Safety procedures, COSHH requirements, and safe systems of work are followed at all times.
- Support stock management and distribution of cleaning consumables and uniforms.
- Build strong working relationships with clients and operational teams.
We are looking for an experienced and flexible Mobile Cleaner, to join our Network Rail cleaning team. This is a varied and hands‑on role providing operational support across multiple sites throughout the North West region., Previous cleaning experience is essential.
Requirements- Proven experience within mobile cleaning, specialist cleaning, or multi-site operations.
- Strong practical cleaning knowledge, including deep cleaning techniques and equipment use.
- Full UK driving licence.
- Self-motivated and able to work independently across various locations.
- Flexible approach to working hours and travelling throughout the region.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
- Ability to prioritise workloads and adapt to changing operational needs.
- A proactive and professional attitude with a commitment to high standards.
