We are looking for a reliable, flexible and customer-focused Cleaning & Porter Operative to join our team at Trinity Bridge House.
This is a varied role combining cleaning, porter services, meeting room setup and general support duties
. You will help maintain a clean, safe and welcoming environment while providing an excellent service to customers, visitors and colleagues.
- Carry out cleaning duties to a high standard.
- Set up meeting rooms and hospitality areas.
- Assist with furniture, equipment, stores and deliveries.
- Provide porter and mailroom support when required.
- Report maintenance issues, hazards and faulty equipment.
- Follow Health & Safety, COSHH and site procedures.
- Maintain a professional appearance and excellent customer service.
- Support the wider team with additional duties when required.
Essential:
- Willingness to work both internally and externally.
- Commitment to following Health & Safety procedures.
- Ability to understand the required standard for a task and complete it accordingly.
- Ability to support the team in achieving its goals.
- Willingness to follow quality and site‑specific procedures.
- Previous experience in cleaning, facilities, hospitality, porter services or a similar environment
. - Ability to work confidently on your own initiative.
