Recruitment Consultant

Apricus Resourcing is hiring a Recruitment Consultant to manage and grow a specialist desk focused on roles within charities, non-profits and healthcare providers.

You will manage both client acquisition and candidate delivery within a defined niche.

This role suits someone who wants ownership and sector depth.

• Build and manage a candidate network

• Track revenue and KPIs
• Build long term client partnerships

Location and Mobility

Primarily office based role with flexibility following probation

Working Hours Mon
- Fri 9-5:30 (early finish Friday)
