We are recruiting on behalf of our client for an experienced Dual-Registered Children s Home Manager to oversee two 1-bed children's residential homes in the Preston / Prestwich area. This is an excellent opportunity for an established manager seeking a well-supported role within small, specialist services focused on delivering high-quality care and positive outcomes for young people.

• Overall leadership and management of two solo children's residential homes
• Ensure compliance with Ofsted regulations and safeguarding standards
• Lead, supervise, and develop staff teams to maintain excellent care delivery
• Promote stable, therapeutic environments that support young people s development
• Manage budgets, resources, and operational performance
• Maintain strong working relationships with external professionals and stakeholders

• Experience managing children's residential homes (dual registration preferred)
• Level 5 Diploma in Leadership & Management for Residential Childcare or equivalent
• Strong understanding of safeguarding, children's home regulations, and inspections
• Confident leadership, organisational, and communication skills
• Full UK driving licence preferred

• Competitive salary of £65,000 £ 75,000 depending on experience
