About the role
As Senior Agile Delivery Manager, you will lead multidisciplinary teams to deliver the University’s most ambitious digital and technology-enabled services. You will shape and deliver complex initiatives, champion modern delivery practices, build high‑performing teams and transform how digital services are designed and delivered across the University.
Responsibilities- Lead the planning, delivery and governance of complex digital initiatives.
- Drive adoption of Agile methodologies across teams.
- Manage risks, dependencies, financial outcomes and supplier relationships.
- Undergraduate degree (or equivalent) in a relevant area or substantial experiential learning.
- Significant experience delivering complex, high‑risk digital services in Agile environments.
- Proven leadership skills and capability in risk, dependency, financial and supplier management within digital delivery.
