Davies Group in Preston is seeking an experienced Home Emergency Team Manager to lead a fast-paced 24/7 contact centre, with evenings 3pm–11pm. The role is office-based in Fulwood and becomes hybrid after six months.
You will coach a team of 12–16 Home Emergency handlers, drive performance, and ensure compassionate support for vulnerable customers while collaborating with IT, Operations and Field Deployment.
