We are representing a reputable accident repair centre in Preston, seeking an experienced Bodyshop Manager to lead their busy workshop. This is an excellent opportunity for a driven professional with management experience in a fast-paced environment to oversee daily operations, optimise performance, and ensure high standards of customer service and quality. - Lead the daily operations of a high-volume accident repair workshop

- Support and manage the Workshop Controller and departmental supervisors

- Conduct regular production meetings and resolve operational issues promptly
- Motivate, develop, and manage the performance of workshop staff
- Collaborate with departments including estimating, parts, and quality control
- Monitor key performance indicators and identify areas for continuous improvement
- Ensure timely completion of repairs and fulfilment of customer commitments
- Foster a culture of teamwork, accountability, and ongoing enhancement
- Previous management experience within a busy bodyshop or accident repair environment
- Strong leadership, organisational, and communication skills
- Proven ability to improve workshop efficiency and productivity
- Good understanding of modern vehicle repair methods and processes
- Ability to make confident decisions and solve problems under pressure
- Passion for delivering high-quality repairs and outstanding customer service
- ATA accreditation or experience in a manufacturer-approved repair centre is advantageous but not essential
