• - Prepare vehicles and perform spray painting operations according to manufacturer guidelines
• - Operate spray booths effectively, adjusting pressure and temperature settings
• - Maintain and clean spray guns regularly to ensure optimal performance
• - Follow safety protocols, particularly during fuel and engine removal
• - Ensure air intakes are unobstructed and filters are replaced as needed
• - Wear appropriate PPE including gloves, eye protection, and air-fed breathing apparatus
• - Dispose of waste materials responsibly in compliance with safety regulations
• - Monitor spray booth conditions to meet negative pressure standards

• - Proven experience as a Paint Sprayer, ideally with IMI or ATA qualifications and solid bodyshop background
• - Strong attention to detail and pride in producing quality work
• - Ability to work efficiently within a fast-paced environment
• - Full UK driving licence is preferred but not essential
• - Valid paint sprayer skills and knowledge are essential
• - A proactive attitude and excellent team working skills
