- - Prepare vehicles and perform spray painting operations according to manufacturer guidelines
- - Operate spray booths effectively, adjusting pressure and temperature settings
- - Maintain and clean spray guns regularly to ensure optimal performance
- - Follow safety protocols, particularly during fuel and engine removal
- - Ensure air intakes are unobstructed and filters are replaced as needed
- - Wear appropriate PPE including gloves, eye protection, and air-fed breathing apparatus
- - Dispose of waste materials responsibly in compliance with safety regulations
- - Monitor spray booth conditions to meet negative pressure standards
- - Proven experience as a Paint Sprayer, ideally with IMI or ATA qualifications and solid bodyshop background
- - Strong attention to detail and pride in producing quality work
- - Ability to work efficiently within a fast-paced environment
- - Full UK driving licence is preferred but not essential
- - Valid paint sprayer skills and knowledge are essential
- - A proactive attitude and excellent team working skills
