Hours: 48 per week between 7:30pm-7:30am
Shifts:Monday
- Thursday (12 hour shifts)

We are looking to recruit an experienced Recycling Operative with to join our established team based at our Recycling Park in Preston.
What you will be doing:- To sort and pick through recyclable materials
- To carry out duties and to work on all the production lines as required
- Working closely with others, ensuring good communication and following instructions
- To assist in other areas of the business such as :
- Undertaking the depollution of End-of-Life Vehicles (ELVs)
- Removing of catalytic convertors from vehicles
- Removing tyres
- Removal of batteries
- FLT duties (if experienced)
- Manual work with heavy lifting involved
- Ensuring compliance with environmental and health and safety policy and rules
- Maintaining good housekeeping practices ensuring area is always clean and tidy
- Experience on a picking line
- Comfortable working in different aspects of a scrap yard
- Enjoys working outdoors in a busy environment
- Reliable with a strong work ethic and demonstrate a high level of accuracy and attention to detail
- Health & Safety conscious
- FLT experience (advantageous)
