The role offers a structured development programme and a rotating 12-hour shift pattern that provides two long weekends every four weeks.
You will maintain H&S, food safety and GMP compliance, lead shift handovers, and drive proactive and reactive maintenance across production areas. Training and enhanced benefits accompany the role.
