Haute Dolci is a luxury dessert restaurant brand based in the UK. Haute Dolci operates across 19 UK locations, offering an upscale dessert dining experience - think elaborate waffle and crepe dishes, sundaes, milkshakes, and sharing platters in a high‑end setting.

Role and Responsibilities:

• Produce photo and video content for Instagram, Tik Tok, Facebook, and other platforms.
• Support the planning and execution of content calendars and campaign shoots.
• Write engaging captions, copy, and short‑form content aligned with brand tone.
• Assist with behind‑the‑scenes content at restaurant locations across the UK.
• Monitor engagement and contribute ideas based on trends and performance data.
• Collaborate with the wider team on product launches, seasonal campaigns, and promotions.

• 5 GCSEs grade A*-C/9-4 or equivalent (including English and Maths)
• Proficiency with social media platforms, particularly Instagram and Tik Tok
• Basic photo and video editing skills (e.g. Cap Cut, Canva, Adobe, or similar)
• Good written communication with an eye for tone and detail
• Ability to manage time across multiple tasks and deadlines
• Familiarity with content trends and the digital landscape

You will be completing the Content Creator Level 3 Apprenticeship standard, of which you will develop content to maximise audience engagement in order to promote, sell and market an organization's products and services. Whether the apprentice is engaged in social media for developing a brand, written content to generate leads or creating videos to maximise engagement, they develop key fundamentals in data and insights, SEO and distribution, to underpin their knowledge and skills to deliver ROI.

The programme also covers:

• Social Media Strategies
• Industry Awareness
• Basic Marketing Principles
• Digital Marketing Campaigns
• Content planning, development and creation
• Principles of SEO, web analytics and social media metrics

13 month programme, including a 3 month End Point Assessment.

Working hours:

Monday to Friday, 9am to 5pm. Some weekend work may be required during busy campaigns to capture content at the busiest times in our restaurants but this will be given as time in lieu.
