Responsibilities
- Lead the development and delivery of marketing and communications plans
- Create compelling content across digital, social media, web, press and events
- Manage and grow the Hub’s online presence
- Work with partners to develop campaigns and share success stories
- Ensure all communications are clear, accessible and on brand
- Support stakeholder engagement, events and promotional activity
- Use data and insights to measure impact and continuously improve
- Strong writing, editing and storytelling skills
- Experience delivering campaigns and communications plans
- Ability to create content across multiple channels
- Confidence working with a range of stakeholders and partners
- Experience using data and analytics to evaluate performance
- Excellent organisational and prioritisation skills
- Experience in the public sector, skills, employment or economic development (Desirable)
- Professional qualification (e.g. CIM or CIPR) (Desirable)
