Role Summary As our Senior Commercial (Trade) Marketing Manager, you'll be the head chef behind Le Creuset's UK Commercial Marketing recipe for success. Responsible for shaping and leading our commercial marketing strategy, you'll create the perfect blend of brand ambition, customer insight and commercial performance, with a primary focus on establishing Own Retail as a standout, high-performing marketing channel, while also driving growth through key wholesale partners including John Lewis Partnership and Harrods.

Working closely with the Marketing Director and Commercial Director, you'll bring together the finest ingredients from our business, brand and customer priorities to craft a commercial marketing strategy that delivers profitable growth, strengthens brand equity and creates exceptional experiences at every stage of the shopper journey. You'll also act as the senior marketing lead for strategic retail partners including John Lewis Partnership, Harrods and Liberty, building strong relationships and serving up innovative opportunities that help Le Creuset stand apart in a competitive marketplace.

Leading the Commercial Marketing function, you'll take ownership of marketing investment, performance and capability development, ensuring every campaign and activation is carefully prepared, expertly executed and measured for success. Through collaboration, customer insight and retail innovation, you'll ensure our commercial marketing activity is consistently aligned to best-in-class standards. As a people leader, you'll mentor and develop the Commercial Marketing Manager, helping to cultivate a high-performing team while championing fresh ideas, new growth opportunities and continuous improvement.

Leading Strategic Customer Partnerships
- Acting as the senior marketing partner for key accounts including John Lewis Partnership, Harrods, Liberty and other strategic retailers.

- Building strong relationships with customer marketing, category and commercial teams to unlock exciting new opportunities, exclusive activations and innovative collaborations.

- Working closely with Commercial and Account teams to identify opportunities to increase category penetration, improve shopper conversion and drive growth.

- Ensuring all customer marketing activity reflects Le Creuset's premium positioning whilst delivering against shared commercial goals. Delivering Best-in-Class Commercial Marketing
- Overseeing the planning and execution of commercial marketing programmes across both wholesale and own retail channels.

- Guiding and supporting the Commercial (Trade) Marketing Manager to bring channel plans, retail campaigns and experiential activations to life.

- Ensuring all point-of-sale materials, merchandising, retail theatre and shopper marketing activity are flawlessly executed and consistently on brand.

- Creating memorable launch campaigns and customer experiences that inspire consumers and drive performance.

- Bringing fresh thinking, new technologies and innovative retail approaches into the commercial marketing mix. Driving Performance and Commercial Success
- Managing commercial marketing investment across retail media, trade marketing, point-of-sale activity and customer-funded initiatives.

- Monitoring campaign and channel performance, turning insights into actions that improve effectiveness and return on investment.

- Working closely with Category Merchandising teams to support product launches, category growth and limited-edition releases that build excitement and demand.

- Capturing shopper feedback and frontline retail insights to continuously refine future marketing activity. Staying Close to the Customer
- Spending time regularly in stores, with retail teams and alongside strategic partners to understand customer behaviour and identify opportunities for improvement.

- Participating in sales and commercial meetings to ensure alignment around priorities, objectives and opportunities.
