As an A&E Nurse, you will provide high-quality emergency nursing care, supporting patients with a wide range of urgent and complex healthcare needs.

• Assess, triage, and provide emergency nursing care to patients presenting with a variety of conditions.
• Deliver safe and effective care in line with NMC standards and clinical guidelines.
• Monitor patients; conditions, recognise deterioration, and elevate concerns appropriately.
• Administer medications and treatments safely.
• Support emergency procedures, interventions, and resuscitation when required.
• Carry out clinical observations, assessments, and documentation.
• Work effectively within a multidisciplinary emergency care team.
• Provide reassurance, communication, and support to patients and families.
• Maintain accurate patient records and follow infection prevention and safeguarding procedures.
• Adapt quickly to changing priorities within a busy emergency department.

• Current NMC Registration as a Registered Nurse.
• Minimum 6 months UK A&E / Emergency Department experience.
• Previous experience working in an Emergency Department setting is essential.
• Valid Enhanced DBS.
• Professional references covering the last 3 years of employment.
• Strong emergency assessment and clinical decision-making skills.
• Ability to work effectively under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
• Right to work in the UK.
