Exciting Opportunity for a Senior Theatre Support Worker in Emergency and Neuro Theatres!

Are you a passionate and driven individual with a knack for providing exceptional patient care in high-pressure environments? We have a unique opportunity for a Senior Theatre Support Worker to join our dynamic team in Emergency and Neuro Theatres. This role will involve working alongside our skilled team of Registered Nurses and Operating Department Practitioners (ODPs) to ensure the safe and efficient delivery of care to patients undergoing surgery.

What We're Looking For: We need someone who is confident, calm under pressure, and has the ability to think on their feet. If you’re someone who thrives in fast-paced, challenging situations, and can prioritize tasks effectively, this role is perfect for you! Excellent communication, interpersonal skills, and the ability to work seamlessly within a team are essential.

You will be expected to show initiative, take responsibility for your actions, and support the surgical team in delivering outstanding care, even in challenging circumstances. Your mature approach to work will make a significant difference in providing high-quality, patient-centered care.

  • Previous experience working in an Operating Theatre is a must.
