Are you a Technical Manager from a food background looking for a senior role within an established organisation?
This is an excellent opportunity to take ownership of a technical function, managing and developing a team whilst working closely with suppliers and internal departments to maintain the highest standards of quality and compliance.
The organisation is well established within their sector and can offer a secure, senior position alongside an excellent benefits package and further opportunities to develop.
The Role:- Lead the Technical function and manage/develop the technical team
- Manage supplier approval, performance, audits and BRC compliance
- Oversee product specifications, food legislation and technical documentation
- Work closely with Purchasing/Commercial teams on NPD and supplier approval
- Technical Manager from a Food / FMCG background
- Strong knowledge of food legislation, BRC and specification management
- Experience with supplier audits, NPD and supplier technical management
- Leadership experience and a full UK driving licence
