As a Pizzaiolo at Rudy’s, you are the heart of everything we do. You’ll work the oven, crafting authentic Neapolitan pizzas in the centre of the pizzeria.

• Stretch and create pizzas to Rudy’s Neapolitan standards
• Operate the oven with confidence, precision and pride
• Maintain station prep and deliver consistent quality throughout the shift
• Follow Rudy’s recipes, techniques and standards
• Uphold food hygiene and health & safety standards at all times
• Support the wider kitchen team and contribute to a great shift atmosphere

• Experience in a professional kitchen environment
• Passion for Neapolitan pizza and a genuine commitment to quality and consistency
• Ability to work quickly and accurately under pressure and enjoy doing it
• Experience as a Pizza Chef – Neapolitan preferred but not essential
• Team player who communicates well and stays calm on a busy service
