• Assist the Head Chef in leading, motivating, and supervising the Kitchen Team.
• Manage food storage, preparation, production, safety, cooking, and service within on-site restaurants and bars, including match day hospitality and banqueting.
• Take full responsibility for Head Chef duties in their absence.
• Maintain high levels of service that exceed customer expectations.
• Control resources, manage processes, and cultivate a culture of excellence.

  Minimum of five years as a Sous Chef.

  Familiar with working in a professional organization with SOPs and strict protocols, especially regarding ordering and menu creation.
