SPAR Bluebell Way - Deli Supervisor

As a Deli Supervisor, you’ll play a key role in leading our deli team to deliver great service and great food to our customers. You’ll oversee the preparation and presentation of a wide variety of freshly made products, from ready-to-go items to delicious made-to-order options. With your leadership, you’ll ensure the team works together to maintain high standards of food quality, safety, and presentation, while creating a welcoming and friendly environment for customers.

Your role will be varied, hands-on, and people-focused, including:

• Supervising and supporting the deli team on a daily basis
• Providing excellent customer service and encouraging the team to do the same
• Preparing, baking, and presenting our tasty range of deli products
• Managing stock levels, rotation, and ordering where required
• Leading by example in maintaining food safety, allergen awareness, labelling, and audits
• Ensuring counters and displays are fully stocked and attractively presented
• Keeping equipment and work areas clean, safe, and sanitised at all times

• Experienced in food service or retail, with knowledge of food safety standards (Level 2 Food Hygiene would be an advantage, but training can be provided)
