Are you a commercially driven Merchandiser who thrives in a fast-paced, collaborative environment? This is a hands‑on role in a business that's scaling quickly. There are solid systems and processes already in place, but it's not all set in stone – so we're looking for someone who's eager to help shape best practice, implement improvements and make a real impact. If you're someone who's happy to get stuck in and doesn't carry the ego to think any task is beneath you, you'll fit right in.

• Managing the end-to-end merchandising process across key product categories.
• Analysing data and trading performance to optimise stock levels and drive sales.
• Working closely with Buying, eCommerce and Marketing to deliver strong, customer-focused ranges.
• Supporting range planning, forecasting, pricing and promotional strategy.
• Identifying process improvements and helping to embed best practice across the function.
• Producing insightful reporting to support quick, informed decision-making.

• Proven experience as a Merchandiser (or a strong Assistant Merchandiser OR Junior Merchandiser ready for that next step) within retail or eCommerce.
• Highly analytical, commercially astute and comfortable working with data.
• Hands‑on, practical, and solutions-focused – you make things happen.
• Strong communication skills and the ability to collaborate across teams.
• Low ego, high energy – you're just as happy diving into the detail as you are stepping back to see the bigger picture.
• Excited by change, growth and the opportunity to make a real difference.
