Working pattern

This is a full time position with a contract of 37.5 hours per week based at our Central Office Monday through to Friday. This is a Fixed Term contract for a 12 month period to cover a period of maternity leave.

The Role

The purpose of this role is todeliver a customer offer that supports Booths’ overall strategy and values and delivers our commercial and financial objectives. Previous buying experience is essential.

Accountabilities:

To lead by example in delivering a high level of customer service through our warm northern welcome to every customer, internal and external each and every time

Deliver the KPIs against the Commercial Scorecard, reviewing sales performance and amending plans to ensure that we are continually growing category sales, volume and profit.

Know and understand the relevant retail market and the category performance within that.

Lead range reviews through effective cross functional working to ensure timely delivery of results.

Source, develop and manage credible and commercially viable ranges, end to end.

Establish and maintain ongoing relationships with suppliers to maximise buying terms and create value in the supply chain.
