to keeping our customers safe while travelling with Avanti. They support both the On Board and Stations teams to allow customers to Travel across our network seamlessly and comfortably.

• To be a key player within the Revenue Protection Team by providing the highest level of service encompassing the roles and responsibilities of both Security & Revenue Protection.
• Collaborate with On Board and Station teams to ensure every customer enjoys a safe, relaxing journey with a warm, friendly, and professional touch.
• Safeguard our revenue by providing exceptional customer service.
• Assist customers with their travel needs, offering clear and accurate information at all times.
• Provide expert ticket advice to both colleagues and customers.
• Support during service disruptions and emergencies, offering timely advice and assistance to customers. Using initiative to find solutions and ensure customer satisfaction.
