Parts Advisor

Overview

We are looking for a Parts Sales Advisor to join our team in Preston on a full-time, permanent basis. In this role you will be involved in solving complex parts-related queries and promoting further parts sales in the branch. You will identify truck, van or coach parts as queries come in and ensure we hold all the stock needed to maintain the smooth running of the parts department within the branch operation.

• Solve complex parts-related queries
• Promote parts sales and maximise sales opportunities
• Identify truck, van or coach parts as queries come in
• Maintain necessary stock for the parts department
• Ensure all corresponding paperwork is up to date

• Good analytical brain and proactive approach to customer service standards
• Keen attention to detail
• Experience in the truck industry or automotive world
• Strong administrative skills
