Retail Sales Advisor - Part Time

As part of our Retail team you’ll welcome customers into our Preston store, help them choose the right furniture for their home and deliver a fantastic customer experience from start to finish. This is a great opportunity for people with strong interpersonal skills and a passion for customer service.

Offering part‑time hours designed to fit around study, family life or other commitments, the role is for 24 hours per week across three days.

• Welcome customers into the store and support them in finding the perfect piece of furniture for their home.
• Accurately complete customer orders and process finance applications.
• Work toward individual sales goals while delivering outstanding customer service.
• Work within the team to deliver a five‑star customer experience.
• Ensure the showrooms look their best through general housekeeping, cleaning and moving furniture when necessary.
• Help to make sure our showrooms are warm, friendly, safe environments for everyone within them.
• Continuously develop and maintain knowledge on all poltronesofà products and services.
• Undertake, as required, other duties in keeping with the general nature of the role.
