Optima is actively searching for multiple Field Sales candidates to join a client that is growing rapidly across the country, working within an exciting up‑and‑coming sector. Successful candidates will join an established sales team as the face of the company, representing the brand within their area and introducing products and services to potential new customers.

This full‑time, field‑based sales role requires a full UK driving license, as a company car will be provided.

• Door‑to‑door selling into assigned territories.
• Pitching and closing sales.
• Engaging professionally with existing and potential customers.
• Updating the customer database.

• At least 12 months of sales experience.
• Preferably previous door‑to‑door sales experience (desirable, but not required).
• Previous face‑to‑face sales experience is a must.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• A full driving license and own vehicle.
