We’re looking for an ambitious and confident Sales Consultant to join the team at our Renault/Dacia branch in Preston.

You’ll be known as a Product Consultant at Arnold Clark but your role will be heavily sales focused. It isn’t any kind of conventional sales job. Forget suits, ties and a life dedicated to the showroom floor. This role allows you to be yourself, showcase your customer‑service skills, and enjoy every working day.

As an Arnold Clark Product Consultant, you’ll walk customers through the entire buying journey – from first step in the showroom to after‑sales experience. The role is all about helping customers find the right car, building strong, positive relationships, and delivering a 5‑star service experience.

• Helping customers find the right car based on their needs.
• Delivering outstanding, 5‑star service for every customer – going the extra mile.
• Building and maintaining lasting, sincere relationships with customers throughout the sales process.
• Selling the right sales package (finance, servicing, etc.) with integrity and professionalism.
• Co‑ordinating the order and delivery of vehicles and keeping everything running smoothly.
• Meeting monthly sales expectations and customer experience standards.
• Working as part of a dynamic team to meet deadlines and keep promises.
• Staying in touch with customers to offer a great after‑sales experience.

• Excellent communication, organisational and people skills.
• Enthusiasm and a high energy level.
• Attention to detail and organisational clarity to exceed expectations.
• A desire for a lasting, fulfilling career.
• Full UK driving licence held for a minimum of 1 year.
