Preston (Commutable from Blackburn, Chorley, Leyland, Blackpool, Lancaster, Southport, Bolton & surrounding areas)

Are you an organised Sales Administrator with experience in the Food or FMCG sector looking to join a fast‑paced and growing business? Do you enjoy supporting sales teams, building strong customer relationships, and ensuring orders are processed accurately from enquiry through to delivery? • Provide administrative support to the sales team, processing customer orders and ensuring accurate documentation.
• Build strong relationships with customers, handling enquiries and coordinating with internal departments to ensure excellent service.
• Maintain CRM and sales records, prepare reports, and support the smooth running of the commercial function.
• Assist with quotations, order tracking, and general sales administration within a busy FMCG environment.

• Previous experience in a Sales Administrator, Sales Support, Customer Service, or Commercial Administration role.
• Experience with in the Food, FMCG, or Manufacturing sector.
• Strong organisational skills with excellent attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple priorities.
• Confident communicator with strong IT skills and a proactive, customer‑focused approach.
