Sales Ledger Clerk

• Sales invoicing on PT3 (in-house system, oracle based), liaising with project teams where necessary to provide support and resolve queries.
• Project control and maintenance on PT3.
• Processing sales orders.
• Initiating and issuing weekly data - WIP and Ops Margin reports.
• General office duties (telephone queries, office cover) and any other duties that from time to time may be required.
• Support/liaise with project teams.

• Minimum of two years sales ledger experience required
• Excellent IT skills including Excel, Word and Outlook
• Ability to use own initiative
• Ability to work as part of a small team
• Sound organisational and communication skills

Demonstrates expertise in sales invoicing and project control using PT3, with strong capabilities in processing sales orders and generating operational reports. Proficient in utilizing IT tools such as Excel, Word, and Outlook to support project teams and manage office duties effectively.
