Sales Executive

Position

Sales Executive – Preston (Gym). Permanent, part‑time (24 hours per week).

Remuneration:
Up to £27,508.42 pro rata per annum plus sales commission.

Our club isn’t just a gym; it’s a fully integrated holistic health centre featuring personal trainers, health mentors, nutritionists, wellbeing advisors, physiotherapists, physiologists and GPs.

• Motivate customers to improve their health and fitness.
• Identify customers’ requirements from their gym membership and deliver matching packages.
• Deliver excellent customer service and maintain a proven sales track record.
• Demonstrate KPI‑driven sales performance to achieve company and team goals.
• Represent the club in the local community, creating events, visiting businesses, and building relationships to raise brand awareness.
• Act as an account manager for local corporate agreements.
• Support occasional duty‑manager shifts as required.

Must have experience in a sales‑related role, strong customer service skills, and a proven ability to meet sales targets and KPIs.
