You will build relationships with property managers, facilities managers, local authorities, hotels, offices and other organisations, and prepare quotations and tender proposals.
From enquiry to contract award, you will negotiate terms, coordinate with operations for smooth mobilisation of new contracts, and monitor performance to drive revenue growth
