Sales Manager Franchised Motor Dealership - Preston We're delighted to be working with an award-winning dealership group as they look to appoint an experienced Car Sales Manager for their incredible site in Preston. This is an outstanding opportunity for a proven sales leader to take on a pivotal role within a well established, family owned business that is continuing to grow and invest.

Basic salary: £35,000 per annum
Realistic OTE: £65,000 per annum
- Previous experience managing a franchised dealership sales department
- A strong track record of delivering results in a competitive environment
- Excellent leadership and communication skills
- A customer-focused approach aligned with brand standards
