Commercial Manager – Commercial Cleaning

• Identify and secure new commercial cleaning contracts.
• Build and maintain relationships with property managers, facilities managers, local authorities, schools, hotels, offices, and commercial organisations.
• Prepare quotations, tenders, and contract proposals.
• Conduct site surveys and assess customer requirements.
• Negotiate commercial agreements and manage the sales process from enquiry to contract award.
• Work closely with operational teams to ensure smooth mobilisation of new contracts.
• Monitor contract performance and maintain high levels of client satisfaction.
• Develop strategies to increase commercial revenue and market presence.
• Represent the company at networking events and business meetings.
• Maintain accurate records of sales activity and customer communications.
