Trade Counter Sales Assistant

A Trade Counter Sales Representative at Haldane Fisher is responsible for providing a high level of customer service at the trade counter, supporting both trade and retail customers with product advice, quotations, and order processing. We're currently looking for an enthusiastic, sales driven, customer focused individual to join our team at our Branch in Garstang.

What Youll Do

Price customer enquiries and return same within required time
Follow up quotations to a conclusion and properly record outcome
Achieve the specified order quotation to completion rate at the best possible margin
Accurately process successful quotations into orders
Pro-actively promote enquiries and orders by telesales
Provide advice and assistance to customers to best of ability
Achieve monthly sales targets as set by the Branch Manager
Work to develop a positive relationship between Sales Representative(s), other Departments and customers to achieve best results for the company
