Location Preston, PR1, Mobile across North West Region

Hours Monday – Friday, 40 hours per week 08:00 - 17:00.

• Delivery of planned preventative maintenance along with additional works, reactive fault finding, repairs, installations at client sites across the North West.
• Work as part of a team and contribute at both an individual and team level to provide exceptional services and levels of compliance to our client and customers.
• Develop good working relationships with client, customers and colleagues with professional interaction as a key requirement.

• Level 3 qualification electrical engineering or similar recognised qualification
• 18th Edition
• Knowledge of Building Services – BMS, Fire Alarm preferable
• Maintenance and Cleaning of FCU’s
• Water Testing (L8), Fire Alarm testing and general fabric, handyperson tasks
• Working on and managing PPMS from CAFM system
• Experience working within the FM industry

We’ll provide you with full training on ‘specialist’ items once you start and make sure that you have everything you need to do a great job. You will already have experience of working in a similar front of house environment.
