Position: Waking Nights Housing Officer – Full Time

Waking Nights Housing Officer – Full Time – Preston

Hours: 36.75 hrs – 3 x 12.25 shifts across Sunday – Saturday rota 21:00-09:15

Pay is negotiated from Real Living Wage upwards dependent on relevant experience.

Excel Housing Solutions are looking for Waking Night Housing Officers to join the team. Successful candidates will be responsible for maintaining accommodation standards, ensuring the safety and upkeep of properties, and managing tenants’ well‑being. This role involves property management, compliance with health and safety regulations, and occupancy‑related tasks.

We seek individuals who are organised, flexible, and capable of addressing challenges. The ideal candidate will possess strong communication skills and the ability to work effectively in diverse situations. Proactivity and a solution‑focused approach are important.
