This is a rewarding community-based role where youll empower families, promote child development, and help improve long-term health outcomes. This is a part-time fixed-term opportunity working 30 hours per week with a planned start date of 01/09/26 31/08/27. What you'll be doing:
In this varied and impactful position, you will:
Deliver key elements of the Healthy Child Programme, including developmental reviews (e.g. 1-year and 22.5-year checks) Support children and families with targeted interventions such as behaviour management and infant feeding

Key responsibilities include delivering elements of the Healthy Child Programme, running community clinics, and conducting home visits. The role demands a proactive approach, effective communication skills, and a dedication to safeguarding and inclusive care. Essential qualifications include NNEB or equivalent with experience in health promotion, public health activities, and safeguarding.
