Our Apprenticeships range from Levels 3-5 and cover diverse areas of the business from Marketing, Engineering, Product Design, Carpentry, HR, L&D and so much more....We positively enable our Apprentices to work with expert mentors in their field alongside studying for their qualification with their education provider and earning a salary.

** In your first year, as a Baxi Apprentices you’ll be given the opportunity to attend our specially designed Baxi Apprentice residential course.  As well as being a lot of fun, it also helps develop a number of skills from leadership to communication to team working and will help you apply this to our core company values - One Team, Customer Focus and Sustainable Future.
