Salvation Army Homes in Preston is seeking an Independent Living Skills Coach to join our team. You will assess needs, build trust and unlock residents' potential to live independently, while encouraging participation in social and leisure activities.
You will communicate effectively with residents, staff and neighbours, demonstrating empathy, strong interpersonal skills and a can-do attitude. The role includes night shifts on a rota basis and supporting people facing homelessness.
