Job Title:

Lead Practitioner

Salary:

£32,000 – £38,880 (based on 160 hours + 11 sleeps per month)

Hourly Rate:

£14.00 – £15.50

Working Hours / Shift Pattern:

8am – 11pm; 1 on 2 off rolling shift pattern (may vary)

Employment Type:

Sleep-ins:

Required on a rota basis, £60 per sleep

You will be confident in managing challenging behaviours, contributing to care planning, and working collaboratively with internal teams and external professionals. Strong communication, leadership, and organisational skills are essential.
