Langbase is redefining how developers build AI Agents with Memory. In this role, you’ll help design and scale our agent platform and developer tools, powering a wide range of AI agent workloads across industries.

• Design and build next-gen tools for efficient, reliable, and scalable AI agent development
• Improve speed, quality, and reliability of the agent codebase and engineering processes
• Evaluate new LLM features and research, creating seamless cross-model interfaces
• Contribute and thrive in a fast-paced, cutting-edge startup environment
• Turn research into practical features to augment agent capabilities

• Experience with AI agents, advanced tool use, MCP, and context engineering
• Ability to evaluate trade-offs for scalable, efficient, and reliable agent systems
• Strong proficiency in Bash, Python, or Node.js for automation and integrations
• Self-driven and comfortable owning major platform components
• Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work independently
