Expleo is a leadingglobalengineeringserviceprovider with UK presence in 10 locations. We are seekingaskilled automotive software test engineer toperform functional,component and integrationtestingofvehicle functions.

Working within an agile V-cycle delivery framework,thetestteamis responsible forconductingfunctional,component and integration levelsoftwaretestingagainst requirements.

Close collaboration and clear communicationwiththesoftwareteam is essential.

• • Develop test plans against project plan.
• • Designcomponentfunctional and integration tests cases against design specifications.
• • Execute tests cases and generate test reports.
• • Perform issues resolution and regression testing to root-cause failures.
• • Review requirements and architecture to proactively flag gaps, inconsistencies, or ambiguities.
• • Coordinate with software development teamon testing outcomes and failures.

• Degree(BEng/ MEng) in Electronic Engineering, Embedded Systems, Software Engineeringor closely related discipline.

• • Automotive SW testing in HIL,component and vehicle environments.
• • Familiarity with verification test tooling (e.g. VectorCANoe/CANalyzer,dSPACE, or similar)
• • Experience with requirements and test management tools(e.g. DOORS,Polarion, or similar)
• • Bodyand HVAC domaintestingexperience.
• • Good understanding of vehicle electrical/electronic architecture.
• • Reading and interpreting design specifications and Simulink models.
• • Experience in the automotive sector, including understanding of V-cycle software development methodology.
• • Test documentation and reporting.

• • Knowledge of Euro7 emission legislation and its software/control implications.
• • Experience working directly withanOEM or Tier 1.

• • Detail-oriented and self-motivated.
• • Pragmatic and solutions-focussed with a measured approach to risk.
• • Collaborative and transparent.
• • Self-motivated with a continuous improvement mindset.
