7.5T Drivers Required - Ongoing Work - Preston We are currently seeking experienced 7.5T (C1) Drivers for long-term, ongoing work with our established client based in Preston . Shift Details Monday to Friday 09:00 starts Ongoing weekly work Pay Rate £15.07 per hour - flat rate for the first 12 weeks After 12 weeks (AWR rates apply): £16.36 per hour for the first 8 hours £24.54 per hour for overtime

Role Overview You will be responsible for business-to-business (B2B) collections and deliveries , ensuring professional, safe, and timely service to all customers.

Key Responsibilities Vehicle Operation & Safety Conduct daily walk-around inspections (pre-use checks) Ensure the vehicle is roadworthy before leaving site Report any vehicle defects promptly Adhere to road traffic laws , company policies, and driving regulations Logistics & Delivery Plan efficient routes to maximise productivity Carry out loading and unloading of goods , ensuring safe handling Use tail-lifts or manual handling as required Guarantee accurate, timely, and safe delivery to customers Complete necessary paperwork and maintain accurate records Requirements
