Class 2 HGV Driver with Moffett Licence

Pay: £18.00 per hour

Hours:

Monday to Friday | 06:30 - 17:30 (typically finishing between 15:30 and 16:00)

We are currently recruiting for an experienced Class 2 HGV Driver with a valid Moffett licence to join a well-established and growing business based in Chorley.

This is an excellent opportunity for a reliable driver looking for a stable, Monday to Friday role with early finishes most days.

• Driving a Class 2 vehicle.
• Operating a Moffett (truck-mounted forklift) for deliveries.
• Completing 4-8 drops per day
  .
• Loading your vehicle at the depot before each run.
• Delivering to customer sites across Leeds, Liverpool, Manchester, Lancaster
  , and surrounding areas.
• Returning to the depot to reload for your next delivery.
• Carrying out vehicle checks and completing delivery paperwork.
• Providing excellent customer service at each delivery point.

• Valid Class 2 (Category
  
  C) licence.
• Valid CPC and Digital Tachograph Card.
• Current Moffett (truck-mounted forklift) licence.
• Previous Class 2 driving experience preferred.
• A professional attitude with excellent customer service skills.
• Good knowledge of drivers' hours and road transport legislation.

• £18.00 per hour
• Monday to Friday - no weekend work.
• Regular day shifts.
• Typical early finishes between 3:30pm and 4:00pm
