HGV Class 1 Night Driver

We are recruiting HGV Class 1 drivers for night trunking work to start immediately for our clients based at Walton Summit near Bamber Bridge

£20.00 per hour.

HGV Class 1 is also known as Cat C+E for those who are more recent passes.

As these positions are ASAP, we will need you to be immediately available so please dont apply unless you are.

Work Pattern, Monday to Friday 7pm start.

To work with us as a Class 1 HGV Driver, you will need

? A UK issued Class 1 driving Licence held for 1 year or more.
? A valid CPC Card and Digital Tachograph Card
? No more than 6 points on your licence.
? Be punctual and reliable

• To maintain a safe a competent standard of driving, observing speed limits and other traffic signs and giving due regard to other road users.
• To have a daily check to ensure that your vehicle is in a roadworthy condition including a check of the lights, brakes, coolant, etc.
• To report any faults, breakdowns, accidents or delays.
• To maintain the internal and external condition of the vehicle together with the cleanliness of the vehicle.
• To ensure sufficient quantities of fuel have been taken for the day's work.
• To maintain the security of the vehicle and its contents at all times.
• To maintain a smart appearance at all times.
