VNA FLT Driver – Severn Beach People Solutions are currently recruiting for a VNA FLT Driver to join our well-established client based in Severn Beach . • Training and ongoing support provided Day-to-Day Duties As a VNA FLT Driver, your duties will include (but are not limited to):
• Operating VNA forklift trucks safely and efficiently within narrow aisles
• Moving and storing pallets within high-level racking
• Completing put-away and replenishment duties
• Picking pallets and stock accurately for customer orders
• Loading and moving goods safely throughout the warehouse
• Using RF scanners and warehouse management systems to record stock movements
• Carrying out stock checks and maintaining inventory accuracy
• Following all health and safety procedures and maintaining excellent housekeeping standards Essential Skills To be successful as a VNA FLT Driver, you will need:
• Previous experience operating a VNA forklift truck
• A valid and recognised VNA licence or certificate
• Experience working within a busy warehouse or logistics environment
• Confidence operating at height and within narrow aisles
• Good attention to detail
• Strong commitment to health and safety
• A reliable, hardworking and flexible approach to work

Desirable Experience
• Experience using RF scanners or warehouse management systems
• Previous experience working within a high-density warehouse environment
• Experience with high-level racking, stock replenishment and pallet movements Training Provided
• Full training provided
• Paid site induction and assessment required
• Ongoing support from the management team
