Homeless Support Worker

Location: Port Seton
Contract Type: Permanent Full Time (36 hours per week)
Salary: £24,479 per annum (pro rata)

• Deliver high-quality, person-centred support tailored to individual needs and aspirations.
• Work as part of a team providing safe, secure, supported accommodation for people experiencing homelessness.
• Utilise case management systems to support, review, monitor, and evaluate progress and outcomes.
• Facilitate key work sessions, reviews, and meetings in line with individual support plans.
• Provide advocacy, advice, and practical support to help individuals meet the conditions of their occupancy agreements.
• Maintain accurate records and documentation in line with organisational policies, procedures, and legislative requirements.
