An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Supply Chain Business Leader to join the local Leadership Team, playing a pivotal role in driving the overall success and strategic direction of the Supply Chain function, including the Procurement and Logistics teams. This is an onsite
* role.

• Operating at a strategic level and fully engaged in decision making as part of the local Leadership Team

• Own the execution of long-term Supply chain strategies

• Manage responsibilities across multiple supply chain disciplines

• Lead interaction with RTX, Aftermarket,Works Aftermarket MROs and Central Collins to align to oneibat Enterprise-wide process for product and non-product sourcing.

• Lead sourcing process from RFQ to contract signature including development of supplier Statements of Work (SOW) as required.

• Lead, initiate and participate in supplier assessments and development activities.

• Lead and participate in audit preparation, support and close out activities.

• Monitor and report business and contract compliance and develop metrics for processes, policies and procedures.
