Cleaning Supervisor

Location & Shift: Prestwick | Full-time | Monday to Friday | 9am - 5pm

We're looking for a Cleaning Supervisor who will lead cleaning operations across multiple sites, ensuring excellent service standards are delivered in line with SLAs while maintaining high levels of compliance and efficiency.

• Manage and support a cleaning team across multiple sites, including recruitment, onboarding, and ongoing staff development
• Deliver routine, planned, and periodic cleaning activities to a consistently high standard
• Provide technical guidance and training, ensuring all Health & Safety procedures are fully adhered to
• Monitor cleanliness standards, manage stock levels, and distribute uniforms as required
• Resolve issues professionally, escalating to the line manager where necessary

• Proven experience in a cleaning role with supervisory responsibility
• Strong communication skills with a professional and proactive approach
• Reliable, hardworking, and comfortable working independently across multiple locations
• Ability to effectively follow schedules and lead a team to meet service standards
• Self-motivated, open-minded, and committed to continuous improvement
