Cleaning Supervisor

Prestwick | Full-time | Monday to Friday | 9am - 5pm

• Manage and support a cleaning team across multiple sites, including recruitment, onboarding, and ongoing staff development.
• Deliver routine, planned, and periodic cleaning activities to a consistently high standard.
• Provide technical guidance and training, ensuring all Health & Safety procedures are fully adhered to.
• Monitor cleanliness standards, manage stock levels, and distribute uniforms as required.
• Resolve issues professionally, escalating to the line manager where necessary.

• Proven experience in a cleaning role with supervisory responsibility.
• Strong communication skills with a professional and proactive approach.
• Reliable, hardworking, and comfortable working independently across multiple locations.
• Ability to effectively follow schedules and lead a team to meet service standards.
• Self‑motivated, open‑minded, and committed to continuous improvement.
